Terms of Service

By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and the FavePing Privacy Policy.
The service
FavePing monitors publicly available live-status information for cam models you choose to follow and may notify your subscribed browsers when a new live session is detected. Detection and delivery are not guaranteed to be immediate or uninterrupted.
Independent service
FavePing is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with the third-party cam platforms referenced on the site. Model profiles, live rooms, and linked content are controlled by their respective platforms and models.
Your account
You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with monitoring, evade rate limits, automate abusive requests, distribute malware, or use FavePing in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Notifications and third-party links
Alerts depend on public source data, Hostinger cron execution, browser Push services, device permissions, and network availability. Links may open third-party websites whose content and practices are outside FavePing’s control.
Availability and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FavePing is not responsible for missed alerts, third-party content, or indirect losses arising from use of the service.
Suspension and termination
We may limit or terminate accounts used for abuse, security attacks, unlawful activity, or material violations of these Terms. You may stop using FavePing and delete your account at any time.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as FavePing evolves. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date. Questions may be sent to admin@faveping.com.
